We are seeking a part-time self-driven, and highly empathetic Surrogate Recruiter/ Intake Coordinator to join our Inclusive Surrogacy team to help us find qualified Gestational Surrogates interested in helping deserving couples and singles create their families!

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize social media, marketing, and sales & social skills to target, interact, generate, and recruit prospective Surrogates

• Maintain & develop a pipeline of potential Surrogates

• Explain the requirements, process, and benefits to prospective Surrogates; interview potential Surrogates by phone to determine their eligibility

• Review Surrogate applications

• Email and follow up with potential Surrogates

 

The ideal candidate will enjoy talking with others and will have very good communication and writing skills will be attentive to detail, organized, self-motivated, and will have a friendly and outgoing personality.

• We’re looking for someone who wants to join our team long-term. 

• Previous experience as a Gestational Surrogate or in IVF and infertility industry is highly valued.
